Rev. Mark Whitlock, Jr. Senior pastor of COR Church, Irvine says, “All are welcome to attend this historic event in Santa Ana”. This is the first time in the history of Orange County that African American and Hispanic American church leaders are marching together to end violence in Santa Ana. The purpose of the Santa Ana Peace March is to establish a stronger community policing presence in Santa Ana by church and community leaders. The Santa Ana Peace March will end in a community peace rally at 700 Townsend Street, Santa Ana, CA at 10:30am 8/17/13.
